Find the problem hiding inside a workflow.

Paste a real process. Workflow X-Ray looks for hidden decisions, missing context, manual enrichment, handoffs, ownership gaps, automation opportunities and product signals.

What is Workflow X-Ray?

Most workflows contain more than the official process. Between the systems sit spreadsheets, emails and people who know which cases are different — and that is often where the real business logic lives. A workaround someone built years ago can be carrying a decision the system never learned to make.

Workflow X-Ray reads a description of one process and separates what is happening underneath the visible steps: the decisions nobody wrote down, the context people rebuild from several places, the handoffs that lose information, and the controls that produce evidence by hand. It then sorts the work into what a rule could do, where AI could help someone read and gather, and which judgment should stay with a person.

The product signals it finds are hypotheses, not validation. One description of one workflow cannot tell you how common the problem is or whether anyone would pay to have it solved, so each signal says what is still unknown, and the result ends with one small experiment to find out. The same way of taking a workflow apart is shown by hand in the bank reconciliation teardown and in designing the exception path.

Describe the process in generic terms. Do not paste confidential, personal, customer, employee or proprietary information: the text is sent to an AI provider to produce the analysis.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to the workflow text I paste into Workflow X-Ray?

It is sent from this page to the site's server and on to Anthropic, the AI provider that runs the analysis, and the result comes back to your browser. The site does not store the text or the result, does not write them to a log and does not send them to analytics, which records only how long the text was and how long the analysis took. Anthropic does not use it to train its models and keeps it for a limited period under its own retention policy. Do not paste confidential, personal, customer, employee or proprietary information.

How should I describe a workflow to get a useful X-ray?

Write it the way you would explain it to a new colleague: who does what, in which system, in what order, and what happens when something does not match. Thresholds, approvals, the spreadsheets and emails that sit between systems, and the cases that go to a person are the parts that produce the best findings. Replace names of companies, systems and people with generic ones such as System A or Finance.

Why does Workflow X-Ray not give an opportunity score?

Because a number would claim more than a description of one workflow can support. Instead every finding names the part of your text it rests on and says whether it was stated or inferred, and product signals come with what is still unknown. They are hypotheses to test, and the result ends with one experiment that would test the most important one.

Is the analysis kept if I reload the page?

No. Nothing is saved, in this browser or anywhere else, so a reload clears both the text and the result. Copy the key findings, copy the full analysis, or download it as a Markdown file before you leave. The copied and downloaded versions leave out your original text on purpose.
